  • No - we provide all of the cleaning materials and offer the option to use eco-friendly and non-toxic products to make your home sparkle! If you would like us to use your products, supplies, or equipment, just let us know ahead of your cleaning.

  • You can be in your home while we clean but it is not necessary. All you have to do is let us in or give us instructions on how to get in prior to your scheduled service.

  • Yes! Simply let us know ahead of your scheduled service that you would like to use green/non-toxic cleaning products and we will bring the supplies with us.

  • Carpet cleaning, pressure washing, fridge, tile & grout steam cleaning, etc.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Through Yelp, our website in the “Get Quote” section, or directly by text/email.

  • We appreciate a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations. Same day cancellation fees will incur a $100 same day cancellation fee.

  • No, as long as we have access (e.g., key, lockbox, garage code).

  • Yes, we try to honor team requests for recurring clients.

  • Within a 1 hour arrival window of your scheduled time.

  • We’ll notify you right away with an updated ETA.

3. Payments

  • We require a card on file to confirm all appointments. The card will be charged at the end of the cleaning, and a receipt will be emailed to you. 

  • Yes, and they go directly to the cleaning team.

4. Communication

  • Text or email them before your appointment.

  • Yes — send us any codes or notes before the cleaning.

  • Just let us know in advance. We’re pet-friendly!
